“But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God's unfailing love for ever and ever”. Psalm 52:8

Home, sweet home

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. Psalm 98:1

Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. Psalm 95:1; 6-7

It is with great joy and gratitude to God that we inform you all that our beloved Vitoria de Cristo was released from the hospital and we could take her home this last Monday, June 21. She's been doing very well in her new routine at home: she's eating well, peacefully sleeping, enjoying the calmness of her new bedroom that had been ready for her during all those months she was in the hospital.
For us, it has been wonderful to be with our little angel all the time at home.

Bellow there are some pictures of the big day when we brought our beloved daughter home.
What change in sight! (my first car ride)
"Aunties" Renata and Cida, who took care of Vitoria during the months she was in the NICU, and daddy, who was wearing a mask because he had a cold.

Dr. Silvia, the pediatrician who cared for Vitoria during her stay at the hospital.

Daddy and Grandma Cida waiting for the "aisle of applause" which is made for all the babies who are released from the NICU.
At home, having her bottle with mommy.

At last, home sweet home!
